Let the Metal Flow

After the kiln has cured for 12+ hours, it's time to pour the metal. We use vacuum casting to capture every intricate detail and ensure flawless results. This precision technique pulls the molten metal into the mold cavity under controlled pressure, eliminating air pockets and creating castings with exceptional clarity and surface finish.

Flask Quench

Once the metal has stopped glowing red hot, it's time to quench the flask. The rapid cooling causes the surrounding investment to shatter and fall away from the casting, revealing the finished piece.
